Easy, Honest Refunds

If you’re not happy with your order for any reason simply email us at hello@ancientglow.co and we’ll refund you in full or send a replacement.

We also offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Your package is lost or delayed
  • Your product arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item(s)

Change Of Mind Returns

If you wish to return a product/s due to change of mind, items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
