How do I track my shipment?

You can find your Australia Post tracking number in the shipment confirmation email you received when your order was shipped. Check your spam/promotions folders if you can't see it.

You should also receive delivery updates from Australia Post in your inbox.

How do I edit or cancel my subscription?

Please see the emails related to your subscription for a link to edit or cancel it.

Is the product supposed to be hard?

Miracle Balm is a poured tallow balm so it is not super soft and creamy like most skin creams you're used to.

Tallow is naturally solid at room temperature and we like to keep our products at least 70% tallow for maximum effectiveness.

It does, however, melt to a spreadable consistency once placed on your skin or warmed between your fingers, letting your skin soak it up and absorb all that goodness!

We don't advise trying to warm it up in a microwave as it can melt and cause the ingredients to separate.
